God forgives our sin but sometimes we still must suffer consequences, because God chooses to not remove them.

Keep close to the Lord. Follow Him only. We are to come to the cross and first meet Jesus as our Savior.

After that we are expected to relate to His Lordship. He will walk with us all the way.
