Though he was right in the middle of God’s will it did not keep him from encountering challenges and threats. However, God reassured him that though the ship would be lost all the passengers would be safe. I
t was that knowledge of God’s providential care that Paul wanted hid fellow travelers to know. and as followers of Christ we are not at the mercy of anything. We are really only at the mercy of God. No matter what, He is in charge of our lives.
