LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP!

Peter had fished all night without success! (Luke 5:5)

His was not just a meager catch; he had caught nothing, even though he was a skilled fisherman.

Jesus then told Peter to launch out into the deep and to cast out his nets for a catch. How humbling it must have been for Peter! Here was a carpenter telling this outspoken fisherman how to fish. 

Just like Peter, Jesus will give us victory in the midst if our failure.

He will often take us back to our place of defeat in order to build something good into our life. He will help us learn from our failure, and then experience the difference with His guidance and power.
