“Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” Jude 14-15
I attended a meeting that was addressing the vile and wicked problem of human trafficking. Human trafficking is different than human smuggling because smuggling focuses on transporting people from one location to the next. Trafficking deals with the exploitation of these people and using them as slaves.
It is a nightmare for these people and sadly is going on around us in every locality, with so many of the victims being minors with no way out.
While we do everything we can to help now, I am thankful that God promises a day of judgment to convict everyone caught up in being perpetrators of such ungodliness. Notice the word “ungodly” is used four times in these two verses. This is what happens when the world turns away from God in defiance.
Trust Him in this, He will have the final word.
