Our Legacy

“Like father like son.” “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

These are phrases we smile at that also carry an enduring element of truth. We tend to be amazingly similar to our parents, because they have been models of how to think and act.

Judah, one of the ringleaders in selling his brother, Joseph, into slavery,  shouldn’t have been surprised when his sons treated others cruelly.

What you say and do will be copied by those closest to you, which gives you the potential for passing on great good or great evil.
